I was in front of Majlis Perbandaran Pulau Pinang building in Padang Kota.
Almost all the building in Penang have British features design.
Unique kan. =)

careless yang merugikan diri sendiri.


salam.
aku dah spent satu jam semata-mata cari kertas berukuran 6cm x 3 cm.
i lost access code for my minor course =(
so,  the consequences is i've to paid RM30 !
dah la beli buku teks yang mmg konfem tak guna, RM 80.
total RM110.
Hey, aku boleh buat macam macam tau tak dengan duit sebanyak tu.
ok fine.
tak boleh kedekut dgn ilmu tapi dah kalau tak guna
just buat hiasan atas rak,
 tak guna jugak.
stress la macam ni.
dengan exam yang dah semakin dekat ni.
i feel like having nothing in my brain.
tak tau apa langsung.
nak tunggu study last minit jugak.
pastu kalut la carik kawan tanya itu ini.
tension oh blaja kimia. 
tiga tahun aku kena blaja kimia saja.
semua pasal kimia.

Ya Allah, permudahkanlah urusan ku.

This is how we reduce weight !

Assalamualaikum,

I found this article about losing weight in Kevin Zahri site.
wanna share with u girls. why girls ??
because the way in reducing weight for woman is different than men.
Like my abnormal pcychology lecturer said.
woman is hard to lost weight rather than men.
so, hey gadis gadis cantik.
jom kita workout.


This steps is made by Aidalina who lost 25kg in 8 months.


  1. Restrict your food. Like it or not, weight loss has to begin with this, the less you eat, the less calories you’ll earn, so your readily activities can burn more energy. So begin with this. No need to take a mammoth step, try with little step first. If you usually eat one scoop of rice, try half. This little difference will surely give large impact.
  2. Move. Not necessarily exercise or sports. But simply move. Be mobile. Park far from your destination, walk, take the stairs instead of elevator. Go window shopping. A 2 hours window shopping compared to 40 minutes jogging=which 1 is more fun? =) so, move!!
  3. Drink lots and lots of plain water. Make this your only water. With 0 calorie, drink this before you start ur meal, this will control your food intake after that. Plus, this will save up your calories intake. You can’t save on the food, sacrifice on the drink, lost some, gain some. =)
  4. Buy a scale. But dun weigh yourself too often. Try every 3 days.Having a scale is like giving urself a reminder everytime not to over eat.
  5. Share! Always share your meal with your friends, not only you eat less, but you can make your friends happy! =) (i'm agreed with this ! )
  6. Drink green tea, this can increase your metabolism.
  7. Take whole body pics everyday, also to monitor your weight.
  8. Do not ever skip breakfast because this will cause you to eat more towards the end of the day which is a no2! So, no harm having a heavy breakfast, instead of a heavy dinner.
  9. Exercise! In whatever exercise that defines you.

# Renungan - jangan sombong.

Assalamualaikum,

"Kita baru naik kapal terbang, jet atau helikopter sudah sombong. Rasulullah s.a.w naik ke langit pun tidak sombong.

Kita baru naik Bugatti Veyron atau Lamborghini dah sombong. Rasulullah menunggang Buraq yang selangkah kakinya itu sama dengan perjalanan sejauh mata memandang pun tidak sombong.


Kita kalau berjumpa dengan orang besar sikit sudah sombong dan merasa bangga. Kalau menteri senyum kepadanya dia merasa bangga. Rasulullah s.a.w berjumpa dengan Allah s.w.t di Sidratul Muntaha yang mana Malaikat sendiri tak pernah masuk, tetapi baginda tidak pun sombong. "


Jadi, apa sebab kita mahu sombong lagi atas dunia ni?

working culture exposure -JB

Assalamualaikum,

Masa semua budak budak U tengah syok bercuti di rumah, aku dengan budak kimia yang lain pergi field trip ke johor selama 3 hari. Fyne, kami pegi ni pun sebab kemahuan kami sendiri so tak leh nak butthurt lajulaju. Purpose-nya adalah untuk didedakkan eh bukan didedahkan dengan budaya bekerja supaya bila dah bekerja nanti tak dak la hang terkejut beruk sangat kan. makan pun sorang sorang. sedey ja. Tak pa, kawan ja dengan mat mat bangla yang ada kat situ. Oke sebelum aku merepek banyak lagi.

Kilang pertama yang dilawat. Biosis Sdn. Bhd. Kilang ni buat semua jenis health product. contoh Guardian punya product like shower cream, body scrub.
Kalau beli disini lagi murah.  =)

 2nd Day ke Colurland. Sapa taktau colourland, angpa memang takup-to-date. haha.
Kena beli tau sebab ni jenama Malaysia. Kena sokong barang buatan negara kita ok. hehe.
so, pasni tok sah la duk pi beli Kansai paint ke, Nippon paint ka sebab tu luaq punya brand. Takmo takmo. sapot kita punya brand.
